I recognise that seeking counselling or psychotherapy often comes at an important moment in a person's life, and I do not take that trust lightly. Whilst I am unable to offer an immediate appointment, I will do my best to keep you informed. If you feel that you need support more urgently, I would warmly encourage you to explore alternative sources of support so that you can access the help you need at the earliest opportunity.
